Dissolution notice for Brands Alliance Ltd. and Brands Alliance s.r.o.

This notice is provided for partners, distributors, customers and other parties seeking current information about the relationship between the Brands Alliance Group and Brands Alliance s.r.o., Company ID 45567760, registered at Pri Sajbach 1, 831 06 Bratislava, Slovak Republic.

Effective November 21, 2025, Brands Alliance s.r.o. is no longer part of the Brands Alliance Group of companies. Brands Alliance Group Inc. ceased negotiations concerning a partner buyout and withdrew from the company as of that date.

No Brands Alliance Group employees are employed by Brands Alliance s.r.o., and no Brands Alliance Group executives hold positions with that company as of November 21, 2025.

Trademarks and licenses

Brands Alliance s.r.o. owns no Brands Alliance Group trademarks and holds no valid license for the use or sublicensing of Brands Alliance Group trademarks. Any licenses issued by the company in the past are void effective November 21, 2025.

Distribution relationships

Brands Alliance s.r.o. holds no active distribution contracts for the Brands Alliance Group. Any distribution contracts entered into with the company in the past may remain legally valid between the relevant parties, but they do not grant trademark licenses and do not enable the company to supply products or offer services affiliated with Brands Alliance Group.

Some distributors have terminated previous contracts and entered into new arrangements with Brands Alliance Distribution s.r.o. For current distribution, trademark or product-supply questions, please contact the group directly.
