Announcement

This is to notify whom it may concern, that the company named Brands Alliance s.r.o., with is's registered seat at Pri Sajbach 1, 831 06 Bratislava, Slovak republic, Company ID: 45567760, is no longer part of the Brands Alliance Group of companies.

Partner buyout

A partner buyout is a way to end a partnership or shared ownership amicably, usually when a partner wants to leave the business or retire. It gives the remaining partner(s) the option to maintain control and ownership without dissolving the entire company.

The process typically involves valuing the departing partner's share, negotiating the terms of the buyout, and formalizing the deal in a legal agreement.

For the last two years, Brands Alliance Group Inc. has been trying to negotiate a buyout of a partner's stake in the company Brands Alliance Ltd. These negotiations came to an end and we understood that there are no acceptable terms reachable.

Due to this development, we have, effective November 21st 2025 ceased all negotiations and withdrawn from the company and are no longer associated with it in any way, shape or form. None of our employees are employed by the company, none of our executives hold positions with the company as of that date.

Trademarks

Brands Alliance Ltd. owns no trademarks and holds no valid license for the usage or sublicensing of any of our trademarks. All licenses issued by the company in the past are void effective November 21st 2025.

Distributions

Brands Alliance Ltd. vields no active distribution contracts. Any distribution contracts entered into with the company in the past might still be legally valid, however they do not grant any licenses to trademarks, nor is the company able to supply any products or offer any services affiliated with us.

Some distributors terminated their contracts with the company and have been offered new ones by Brands Alliance Distribution Ltd. If you are among those, congratulations. If you are not, we do not intend to maintain a distribution relationship with you in the future.
